Enclaves
Kagol Trade Enclave
Kagol is neutral ground. It is located in the ruins of a once enormous tower which is surrounded by a mostly shallow lake. Most inhabitants (about 65%) are Clee, about 20% are Draiyen and the rest are various races. The total population is around 300.
The City of Glass
The City of Glass was once the home enclave of the Farri. It is ruled by Zuel! who, as part of a mercenary force, took over the city and sold its people into slavery.
The Tilted City
The Tilted City orginally belonged to the Sky Princes. It was siezed by rebels who mistakenly crashed it into a mountainside. It remains there and is one of the largest free cities.
