A brief description of the characters and their motives (as described by the players):
- Bronn Raventree of The Blackwoods Hall - Tom
Bronn is of noble birth, but spent most of his childhood tagging along with his Father's ranger troop. Interested more in tracking and hunting then he was with become a Knight and Lord, Bronn was secretly tought the Ways of the Blackwoods Order by it's leader, Commander Janos Slynt. Soon his father, Lord Eddard, found out and was enraged forcing Bronn to become a squire for Ser Brandon Tyrwell. At the age of 15 Bronn competed in the Squire's Tourney to please his father. Winning all three skills (Archery, Melee, Lance) Bronn was to receive the reward of becoming a Knight. He struck a deal with his father, three years in service of the Rangers (to get his adventerous spirit tamed) and then his life as a Knight. His father agreed, however, in his second year at the age of 17 he was turn to stone on a Ranging that left all others in his group dead.
- Tholan the Measured - Steve
- Tholan is of average height and weight, quite unremarkable really. He is a wizard by training, but a scholar by nature. He likes to make a careful plan and stick to it. The only time he shows a trace of excitement is upon finding something new which he will usually set about studying intently unless disturbed. He is fond of expressions explaining the wisdom of his planning and is not afraid to express, politely, his disdain for those who rush off without weighing their alternatives.

- So called 'The Dark One' by his new companions, Oak looks to be a gypsy traveller...not too tall, dark features, goatee, and flowing clothes. He is not afraid to flash a smile or the gleam off his scimitar.
