Surpass the 250 GB transfer per month limit twice within a six month period and your service will be suspended. What I don't like is how they are using big numbers to make it sound like they are giving you a great deal but the reality is they are not. Not only is the 250GB of transfer ripping the end user off, the end user can now have action brought against them just for using the connection they are paying for.
The reality is that if you were to do ~266GB of data transfer in a month it would mean you basically sustained a 1Mbps connection 95% of the time in that 30 day period. So even if you are paying for a 6Mbps connection you couldn't even use a third of that speed on a constant basis or you would be violating the bandwidth caps they have in place. Nice, huh? You pay for a service and then they penalize you for using the service you're paying for.
