Starting a Character
Players will be low level heroes. Which means many of the big leaguers won't give you the time of day or consider you wannabes. Many of the known rogues will be able to trash you one on one or even one on two/three. Players can be known in certain areas of the city by the citizens. You can even have a rogue or two in your gallery but they will be low level rogues.
For now I ask that you go light on some of the things you want for your character. I don't want to get into a debate over something. Right now if I say no then it's no but I will put it up for discussion with other people in the group. If it's DF'd by a majority it's out.
At this point players can submit game background from NPC's, Rogues, Other Heroes, etc. All players should have a history telling me at least why they are on this path. Goals and the such should also be laid out in there both short term and long term. Players will receive up to 10 bonus points for detailed histories and workable npc and hook submissions.
225 Point Character Creation. You can also earn up to 5 XP for detailed backgrounds and up to another 5 XP for usable game submissions.
