The game will take place in Star City, NJ. It is the second largest city on the East Coast next to New York City with a population close to five million people. The players are young Super-Heroes in a city that is the #1 crime city in the USA and has the least amount of Heroes in it.
The game universe will be a mixture of both the current Marvel and DC Universes with some adjustments to it. It will be 10 years after the Infinite Crisis which lead to the House of M followed by the Decimation but the Civil War has yet to happen. Many of the well known Super-Heroes such as Superman, Iron Man, Captain America, etc.. are either dead or no longer in action.
