Here's the short version of every session so far:
Coming of Age Part One: A Knight to Remember
- Setup: Sir Focker's cows are missing but the Baron's men have bigger things to worry about. Or do they?
Summary: The group heard a rumor that Ser Focker was having trouble. They checked and found out he'd been attacked by orcs who stole his daughters. They tracked down the orcs and used thoughtful tactics to overcome them and rescue the girls.
Coming of Age Part Two: A Morning to Forget
- Setup: The Baron and his companions find his son and his companions.
Summary: The group returns to Focker's. Most of them get drunk and talk to farmers. In the morning their hungover asses are rudely awakened by their various superiors. They get sent off to find out about more orcs and manage to return with information, possibly without being noticed.
Coming of Age Part Three: Strategic Objective
- Setup: With intelligence gathered, the boys become part of the Baron's well-oiled machine of orc-slaying mayhem.
Summary: The Baron decided that we should sneak into the orc mine while the main force of the army attacked the orcs. We did and did pretty well until the lower level where we'd have been dead except for Malvan's master showing up. We killed a ton o' hobgoblins but the shaman and the half-ogre escaped.
Coming of Age Part Four: 15 Minutes of Fame
- Setup: With the orc forces defeated the party returns to Old Castle with songs being sung about them.
Summary: Viktor got framed for murdering his father during a general crime spree and the party is trying to figure out why it really happened and why everyone is lying about the Baroness who really did it.
Coming of Age Part Five: The Accused
- Setup: With Vicktor in jail for the murder of his father, The Baron, the group moves to prove their friend's innocence.
Summary: The party gets its act together and closes off several loose ends before finally capturing the four and returning them to town. They're pretty sure Marquis Vlasok was the mastermind behind this plot.
Coming of Age Part Six: A Noble Trial
- Setup: Vicktor's Trial is upon him in two nights. Will he be found innocent?
Summary: The bad guys were brought to town and, ultimately to justice. Vicktor was acquitted and made Baron. The group thwarted an attempt by a female demon worshipper to steal the demon book from Malthor.
Coming of Age Arc Summary
- Setup: Tieing up session 1-6 story arc.
Summary:
Dreams of a Girl Part One: Adventurers in Babysitting
- Setup: Vicktor hopes to woo a wealthy Marquesa into moving to town by having his friends accompany her on a little adventure.
Summary: Vicktor sends the boys off to the south to help impress a Marquesa with a taste for adventure. It turns out she picked the direction with a specific location in mind.
Dreams of a Girl Part Two: Midday in the Garden of Mostly Evil
- Setup: The group finds the old "mausoleum" and investigates.
Summary: The Marquesa reveals that she's really drug them there because her young charge has visions of a powerful rod that can be found in the building. The group enters, kills some apes and plants, frightens some undead and escapes with the rod and a dead priest of Pelor.
Dreams of a Girl Part Three: Lich?!
- Setup: With the strange magical rod claimed, the group heads back to Old Castle Town.
Summary: A lich tries to reclaim his dead trophy but we're too badass for him.
Dreams of a Girl Part Four: In Her Dream
- Setup: Out of the swamp and back in town things get stranger for the group.
Summary: Werewolves showed up in town, we smacked them down like bad dogs with rolled up newpapers.
Dreams of a Girl Part Five: The Black Sword
- Setup: Werewolves attack the town, what were they after? The Girl or the Rod?
Summary: We went and kidnapped the chancellor from a rival baron to ensure he would one day face justice.
Dreams of a Girl Part Six: Loyalty of Duty
- Setup: Straylus is now a prisoner of Vicktor's. Was it the right way to do it?
Summary: We wanted to go get the sword from the cave of endangered lizard but Vicktor made us go and do a recon in force on some Orcs first. The Orcs are dead but they were supposed to be meeting more orcs and a giant.

- Setup: Tieing up the Dreams of a Girl Story Arc.
Summary:
The Pain of Heroes Part One: Man of his Word
- Setup: Kane is a man of his word, good or bad...in this case it may be the latter.
Summary: We learned a little about a devil which may be preying on law breakers in and around Old Castle.
We travelled to White Stone where we killed the Violet Sorceress and rescued Kane and Brackus. The Marquesa and Larissa remain prisoners of Taradis, one of the sorceress' allies.
The Pain of Heroes Part Two: Hey, Watch This!
- Setup: With the Violet Mistress destroyed and Kane rescued, the heroes rush to save Larissa and the Marquesa from Tharadis. Will they make it in time? And things get serious for Cooter, deadly serious.
Summary: We get the women back after doing a favor for the Marquis.
The Pain of Heroes Part Three: Not So Golden Ticket
- Setup: The Marquis agrees to take us on a tour of his lizard preserve.
Summary: During a tour of the game preserve, traitors launch an attack against the Marquis. The group fights back with but little help from the Marquis and his loyalists but it is to no avail. Many of the traitor are killed but their leaders, an electric spider demon and a wizard, escape presumably taking Larissa, the sword, and the urn with them. Because they plane-shifted, there are no real leads to follow.

- Setup: Secrets and lies for the pure of heart.
Summary:
The Pain of Heroes Part Five: Crime and Punishment
- Setup: The group was unable to stop Amrandan from getting the Staff of Shadows and villagers whisper amongst themselves about the group, but they may have found a beacon of light.
Summary:
The Pain of Heroes Part Six: Sins of Thy Father
- Setup: The world seems to be falling apart for our Heroes. Kane's love is missing, Devlin convicted of murder, Cooter's been led on a wild goose chase, Mortan's reputation has been shattered, only Malvan and Lo seem to be untouched but will they stay that way?
Summary: Amradan is captured while trying to find out more information about his spidery master. After some questioning he reveals that the women are held on another plane and only the spider knows where. He meets the spider at a particular place but only on the spider's schedule.
The company heads there, defeats some guard type monsters and frees a priest from a chain above an altar. A dark thrumming is heard below and the adventurers gird themselves to find out what lies beneath.
The Pain of Heroes Part Seven: Sins of Thy Father Part II: Final Pain
- Setup: Hunting down the mysterious Zhival to save the girl Larissa the group frees an enslaved holy man. Was it for the best?
